Overview

As a Client Partner at Commit, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with their assigned client base. This role ensures that Commit's entire range of products and services are presented as applicable to assigned clients and ensures client needs and expectations are met by the company.

In Short

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of delivery personnel, both internal and subcontractors.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Lead joint strategic account planning processes with customers.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address client needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • 5+ years managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end B2B account management.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Service-oriented verbal and written communication skills.
  • CS undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Global experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a technology and/or services company is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS is a plus.
