Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Track record of leading projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of performance profiling and frontend observability.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Bonus for experience with crypto wallets and Web3 integrations.
