• Strong grasp of data structures and asynchronous programming.
• Experience leading large-scale projects.
• Ability to mentor software engineering teams.
• Comfortable with undefined problem requirements.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL and analytical tools.
