Overview

CGS is seeking a Senior Financial Investigator to join our team providing legal support and investigative services to a large federal agency.

In Short

• Plans and conducts investigations.
• Performs quantitative, qualitative, or other analysis of relevant facts.
• Prepares results to support the mission.
• Develops and analyzes evidence from investigators and law enforcement.
• Gathers and analyzes facts for prosecutorial objectives.
• Identifies sources of information and multiple variables.
• Conducts asset investigations and verifies employment.
• Works with Paralegals and supervisory attorneys.
• Prepares interim and final reports on investigations.
• Advises on planning and conducting investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years experience in complex investigations.
• Working knowledge of investigative techniques and commercial databases.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain background investigation.
• Experience in law enforcement is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing and presenting large volumes of data.
• Experience in reviewing financial records.
• Experience in interviewing witnesses.
• Previous experience with federal agencies is preferred.
