In Short

• Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs.
• Maintain escalation log and ensure all escalations are promptly reviewed and resolved.
• Support client off-boarding process where required.
• Escalate cases to team lead and relevant MLROs as necessary.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance quality of SARs.
• Proficient in compliance applications like Chainalysis, TRM, and Elliptic.
• Good knowledge of local laws and upcoming regulations in virtual currency.
• Participate in AML/CFT related programs.
• Conduct general administration and ancillary activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investigations or regulatory experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and action-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
