Overview

The Broker Transaction Analyst (BTA) is a dynamic role focused on delivering hands-on, customer-centric service through meticulous review and management of contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements associated with eXp client and customer transactions.

In Short

• Collaboratively support the Designated and Managing Brokers.
• Conduct training sessions for agents on contracts and risk management.
• Respond promptly to agents’ requests for support.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to review contracts and documents.
• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
• Consult with agents to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Support eXp risk management initiatives.
• Assist in developing compliance monitoring for brokerage operations.
• Provide backup support for Managing Brokers.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Broker license in Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review.
• Strong expertise in real estate compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to make informed decisions.
• Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards.
• Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
• Preferred: Experience with Skyslope transaction management system.
