Senior Manufacturing Recruiter - Remote

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to assess workforce needs and execute targeted recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Drive high-volume hiring by building top-of-funnel pipelines through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and community partnerships.
• Support and execute event-based recruiting activities—job fairs, community events, and on-site hiring days.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Track candidates and requisitions through ATS/CRM systems.
• Deliver regular updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders and recruitment leads.
• Leverage ADP systems to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Stay current on labor market trends and best practices for skilled trades and manufacturing recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume environments.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting for Skilled Trades roles.
• Proven success sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms (Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Oracle, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using ADP in recruiting or onboarding.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Marshall, MI.
