In Short

• Responsible for debugging and ramping automation equipment for Juul’s next generation product.
• Manage sustaining engineering operations for existing products at partner contract manufacturing.
• Propose and implement equipment design improvements.
• Develop and track metrics for critical machine outputs.
• Train Contract Manufacturer engineering and maintenance personnel.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for new automation lines.
• Oversee high volume manufacturing on existing product lines.
• Mentor the CM’s sustaining engineering team.
• Conduct reviews of site quality and yield metrics.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience in high volume manufacturing engineering.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in FDA regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Design Controls and Lean Manufacturing.
• Outstanding technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience with high-speed automation and PLC control.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a progressive Engineering role.
