• Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering teams.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers.
• Work directly with customers to support technical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process design and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel to Mexico and other U.S. sites.
• Industry experience in motors, aerospace, or similar preferred.
