Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer II at Medtronic, you will lead initiatives to improve healthcare access and equity through innovative manufacturing processes, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance ENT operations.

In Short

  • Support product lifecycle management using PLM tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Engage in a highly regulated environment for medical devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of validation processes.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation.
  • Experience with statistics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations.
  • Experience with risk management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PLM tools like Agile or PTC Windchill.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
