Manufacturing Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for all technical activities on the Genesis project, ensuring compliance with project charters and effective communication among all project participants.

• Design and manage projects within Genesis implementation.
• Coordinate system automation engineering deliverables.
• Accountable for successful project completion including goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Participate in contractor meetings to resolve project issues.
• Facilitate design and implementation of manufacturing machinery.
• Establish vendor relationships for equipment updates.
• Prepare reports for project communication.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and industry standards.
• Promote safe and orderly work environments.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Automation, Robotics, or Machine Controls.
• Positive approach to problem-solving.
• Track record of using data to resolve issues.
• Experience leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of machine controls and robotics.
• Proficient in problem-solving tools (8-D, A3, DMAIC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming preferred.
• Experience with robotic integration and programming.
• Systems Engineering experience is a plus.
• Role requires 40-50% travel.
