Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; BA/BS in Engineering preferred.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and safety regulations.
• Basic project management and financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to train in BD PE processes.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Understanding of machine design and ergonomics.
