Overview

The Vice President of North American Protective Packaging will lead the revenue operations for the Protective markets, driving sales growth and commercial performance across various functions.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B selling of premium/value-based products.
• Strong understanding of the packaging and materials industry.
• Proven success in commercial strategy creation and execution.
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Experience in transforming sales organizations.
