Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our North American Market, overseeing our new business and account management teams across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. This senior management role is crucial for driving customer satisfaction, growth, and strategic sales initiatives.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Establish clear objectives for customer NPS, cross-selling, upselling, and securing new clients.
  • Lead a team of 6, with plans to expand by 4 members in the next two years.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent SBS at industry associations and forums.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage regional sales quotas and reward for the team.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Report on KPIs related to customer growth and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong understanding of the North American financial landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
