• Develop cutting edge manufacturing and quality processes for AI hardware.
• Ensure quality of AI, compute, storage, and network hardware.
• Implement an ODM model for hardware development.
• Track quality throughout the product lifecycle with a QMS system.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain.
• Manage manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Drive the RMA process with data center operations.
• Use statistical analysis for process improvement.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Deep understanding of AI, compute, storage, and networking hardware.
• Experience in product development and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with system manufacturing and rack level integration.
• Experience in implementing manufacturing tests.
• Proficient in quality tools like six sigma and SPC.
• Knowledge of MES, PLM, and supply chain software.
