Overview

The Facility & Manufacturing Engineering Engineer is responsible for preparing maintenance plans, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to safety regulations.

In Short

• Prepare master maintenance plan and calibration schedule.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Attend to equipment and machine failures promptly.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for parts and services.
• Implement maintenance procedures on the shop floor.
• Manage stocks of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Update and file all maintenance records.
• Collaborate with Product & Process Industrialization Engineer.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Enforce Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
