Overview

The Business Development Senior Manager (BDM) at Juul Labs is responsible for driving volume growth by expanding product distribution in independent and chain retailers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with broker networks and 3rd party execution companies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area.
  • MBA is a plus.
