Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Once Upon a Farm, you will support recruiting operations and ensure an excellent candidate experience while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.

In Short

• Assist with reviewing and screening applicants across various roles.
• Help schedule candidate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Maintain candidate care and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Post job openings on external platforms.
• Support in creating well-formatted job postings.
• Proofread and improve recruiting-related documents.
• Track job board activity and purchases.
• Attend weekly recruiting check-ins with hiring managers.
• Contribute to special recruiting projects.
• Present on your internship experience at the end of the term.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is acceptable.
• Empathy and a candidate-first mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading.
• Comfortable with coordinating across multiple calendars.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Curiosity about recruiting and talent systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other platforms.
• Must reside in the United States.
