Requirements

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or active sourcing is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for creative ideas and new approaches in talent sourcing.
• Proficient in social media and digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative.
• Fluent in German and English.
