Pre-Sales Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will support Account Executives with technical inquiries, act as a liaison to the product department, and train salespeople in technical aspects. You will help clients fully utilize their employee app and enhance their service experience with Flip.

In Short

• Provide technical consulting and conceptual services in the sales cycle.
• Assist in qualifying potential leads and support the sales team with RFIs/RFPs.
• Conduct technical product presentations, demos, workshops, and seminars.
• Empower the sales team to confidently answer technical questions.
• Serve as the interface between sales and R&D.
• Provide insights into the technical aspects of implementation, usage, and optimization.
• Help design sustainable pre-sales processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, HR, or management consulting, preferably with a leading SaaS provider or consulting firm.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct challenging conversations professionally.
• Good understanding of business processes in an agile environment.
• Ability to understand and explain concepts related to SSO, master data supply, and integrations, ideally with insights into enterprise IT architecture.
• A team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
• Fluent in English and German.
