Overview

As an Account Executive Enterprise, you will play a key role in our growth by navigating complex sales cycles and contributing significantly to our Enterprise & Strategic Business development.

In Short

  • Acquire new enterprise customers and expand our pipeline in the international large customer segment.
  • Manage complex deals and strategically position Flip in companies with thousands of employees.
  • Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for C-level decision-makers and HR, IT, and communication teams.
  • Act as a Flip Ambassador by understanding our ideal customer profiles and demonstrating our value.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with your expertise and contribute creative strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Directly contribute to the company's success by integrating our values and vision into your sales strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of SaaS/B2B sales experience focusing on international enterprise customers (5k+).
  • A true hunter mentality with a passion for new logo sales.
  • Expertise in HR Tech and collaboration with large buying centers, IT, HR, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in long sales cycles and large deal sizes with impressive results.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology and structured, process-oriented work.
  • A hands-on mentality: proactive, curious, and eager to make an impact.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
