Identity and Access Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on managing identities, access rights, and enterprise applications using Entra ID. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes and a scalable IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Join a 4-member IT team responsible for Entra ID configuration.
• Design and manage a scalable IAM, PAM, SSO, and SCIM architecture.
• Oversee user and group management, conditional access policies, and automations.
• Take technical ownership of selected SaaS applications and optimize their integration.
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Support the internal IT helpdesk and assist in resolving support requests.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and MDM configuration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or IAM, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Solid knowledge in Identity & Access Management, preferably with Entra ID.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2 requirements.
• Analytical and structured working style to simplify complex IT processes.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Passion for cloud technologies and motivation for continuous development.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week on-site in Stuttgart.
