We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who acts as a true commercial partner for the business: translating personnel data into decisions, enabling international growth, and building a high-performance culture that scales across geographical boundaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international, growth-oriented SaaS or tech environment.
• Commercial thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Proven coaching skills to develop managers and leaders.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and AI tools.
• Experience with international benefits and cross-border labor law frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law.
• Fluency in German and English.
