Strategy Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Strategy Consultant at Flip, you will actively shape the transformation of HR and workforce processes for our corporate clients, working closely with our Go-to-Market teams to conduct strategic discussions, identify valuable use cases, and ensure the success of our consulting services.

In Short

• Analyze the status quo of HR, operations, communication, and digitization in large companies.
• Identify valuable use cases and develop tailored solution concepts.
• Convince key stakeholders, up to C-level, of the benefits of digitized frontline workforces.
• Guide our corporate clients (15,000+ employees) through their transformation as a trusted advisor.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in large organizations.
• Independently lead and implement pre-projects to establish a professional services function at Flip.
• Provide valuable feedback to our R&D teams to better align the Flip app with customer needs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting or as a value engineer in an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
• Proven success in collaborating with VP and C-level decision-makers in large companies.
• A strategic mindset and a highly structured approach to projects.
• A hands-on mentality, being action-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant business tools.
• Fluent in German and English.
