The Strategy Consultant at 3HORIZONS will independently manage end-to-end project executions, lead a team, and provide insights to inform client recommendations while fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Master's degree from a top university; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of high performance and achievements.
• Ability to influence partners and executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge of Lean Testing.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team management.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French/German/Italian is advantageous.
• Availability for international travel.
