The Project Lead at 3HORIZONS will independently manage end-to-end project executions, lead a team of consultants, and serve as a point of contact for clients, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to business growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in another language is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business management or consulting.
• Master's degree from a top university; MBA preferred.
• PhD or academic experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of high performance and achievements.
• Ability to influence partners and executives successfully.
