The Business Development Associate will be instrumental in driving our business growth, focusing on identifying, engaging, and converting target prospects.

In Short

  • Identify and track relevant decision-makers and influencers in target organisations.
  • Build comprehensive profiles of buyer intent and behaviour.
  • Leverage methods for prospecting, including events and networking.

  • Support the Head of Growth in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms.
  • Analyse and report on key metrics for business development efforts.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a diverse and talented team.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Native in English.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting/strategy is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfort in presenting and public speaking.
  • Ability to identify client pain points.
  • Understanding of business strategy concepts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
