• We are looking for an HR Strategy Consultant with prior HR BP and/or HR Manager experience.
• This is a hands-on, tactical delivery role supporting day-to-day HR and talent acquisition needs.
• Responsibilities include providing training, updating employee resource manuals, and creating policies.
• Perform turnover data analysis and manage employee relations.
• This is a full-time, remote role with up to 20% travel for onsite client visits.
• Ideal candidates will be located in Western Pennsylvania/the Greater Pittsburgh Region.
• We provide outsourced and project-based partnership to clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with in-house experts to implement custom organizational strategies.
• Contribute expert advice based on current best practices in HR.
• Champion the design and integration of holistic organizational plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in an HR or recruiting role preferred.
• Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP/SCP) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work remotely and travel when necessary.
