• Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with client leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience required.
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• This is a full-time role that requires intuition and flexibility for up to 30% travel.
• Compensation is $105,000 - $120,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
