Asset Manager - Wind - Remote

Overview

Exus Renewables North America is a next-generation Independent Power Producer that develops, owns, and operates renewable energy assets while providing world class asset management services for over 5 GW of renewable energy assets to third parties. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing a fleet of Wind plants, including commercial, budgeting, contractual compliance, and overall project management.

• Main point of contact for investors and project equity partners.
• Project manage all aspects of the portfolio.
• Interact with internal and external teams to maximize profit and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of the portfolio.
• Oversee timely delivery of reporting as required.
• Develop and maintain commercial awareness of projects.
• Involved in day-to-day decisions of project operations.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support Asset Management/Operations reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years' experience in asset management of energy assets, Wind/Renewable assets preferred.
• Deep understanding of plant operations and financial reporting of energy assets.
• Experience with technical operational matters and financial analyses.
• Ability to read and implement legal contracts.
