• Roofstock is looking for an analytical and experienced Asset Manager.
• Optimize rental properties to maximize investor outcomes.
• Advise property managers on investment lifecycle decisions.
• Monitor market and investor performance trends.
• Develop and track budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal data teams for operational insights.
• Produce financial reports and maintain models.
• Lead regional market meetings to drive performance.
• Occasional market visits required.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of asset management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in a high-growth, team-oriented organization.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Negotiation skills with institutional investors.
• Comfort with change and technology.
