• Roofstock is looking for an analytical and experienced Asset Manager.
• Optimize rental properties to maximize NOI for various investor types.
• Advise property managers on crucial investment lifecycle decisions.
• Monitor market and investor performance trends.
• Develop and track budgets and perform variance analysis.
• Lead regional market meetings focused on performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights for acquisitions and asset management.
• Produce financial reports and maintain models for lender deliverables.
• Occasional market visits required.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects independently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of asset management experience in multifamily or SFR properties.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel financial modeling.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to interface with institutional investors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a high-growth, team-oriented organization.
