Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

Coder is building out its international People function ahead of the launch of our London entity this summer. This is a foundational hire: you’ll be the first dedicated People Operations presence in the UK, responsible for running the day-to-day employee experience for our London team and employees across our Employer of Record (EOR) relationships globally.

In Short

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in the UK and across EOR arrangements
• Own offer letter generation, contract administration, and onboarding workflows for international hires
• Administer employee benefits across EOR providers
• Support entity setup by working with legal, finance, and HRBP
• Be the internal expert on UK employment law
• Advise on international compliance matters
• Maintain knowledge of employment regulations across EOR countries
• Manage international employee data and workflows in Rippling and/or Deel
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems
• Resolve employee questions on benefits, policies, leave, and pay

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations with focus on UK and/or international employment
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law
• Comfortable being autonomous in London
• Detail-oriented and strategic
• Extremely collaborative across time zones
