Overview

This role involves working closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers to ensure they successfully implement and utilize the Flip app, providing a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage and support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, workshops, and regular check-ins.
  • Create training and onboarding materials for customers.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and take responsibility for internal projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer contact, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Structured, independent, and customer-oriented work style.
  • Ability to present effectively and manage customer conversations in German and English.
