Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cyber Security Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with proven expertise in managing Security Operations Centers (SOC), penetration testing, red team consulting, and leading technical teams.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of 13-15 cybersecurity professionals.
• Oversee the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Provide technical leadership in penetration testing and red team exercises.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity.
• Engage in pre-sales activities for cybersecurity offerings.
• Support sales and commercial teams with technical expertise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams of 10+ members.
• Client-facing roles with technical solutions experience.
• Proven involvement in sales and commercial activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
