Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Partner is a key member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for driving accuracy, consistency, and insight in sales reporting across teams and internal systems.

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports.
• Operationalize account and territory assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics.
• High attention to detail and data quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
