People Data & Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Angi is looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to support our People Ops team. You’ll help us make sure people's data is accurate, accessible, and generates the insight needed to solve business problems.

In Short

• Partner with the People Ops team to understand business challenges and formulate solutions.
• Provide analytical & reporting support across people management disciplines.
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards for core HR metrics.
• Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and used effectively.
• Assist in managing reliable people data sources.
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to solve data issues.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in HR systems or people analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows.
• Knowledge in connecting HR data systems.
• Experience with HR data security and governance.
• Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Looker and Visier.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent at using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data management.
• Great communication skills for explaining data.
