In Short

  • Lead compensation programs and projects from strategy to execution.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex compensation matters.
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools and dashboards.
  • Support the evolution of job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Partner with Total Rewards Leadership on compensation philosophy.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Administer annual compensation cycles, including base pay and bonuses.
  • Provide consultation and analytical support on job offers and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles and equity programs.
  • Experience with compensation surveys and market data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with compensation tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer).
