Overview

The Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Manage compensation programs and policies.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and survey management.
  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders on compensation benchmarks.
  • Maintain global job codes and salary/equity bands.
  • Lead annual and mid-year salary review processes.
  • Prepare materials for executive compensation reporting.
  • Manage compensation vendor relationships.
  • Analyze data for pay structure and merit salary increases.
  • Support compensation philosophy and program enhancements.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Experience in the technology industry, especially SaaS.
  • International compensation experience.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Pave and Radford experience is a plus.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
