• Seeking a data-driven Compensation Manager to join our Talent & Culture Team.
• Help shape and sustain our compensation philosophy.
• Work closely with various departments to design programs that attract and retain talent.
• Analyze and benchmark compensation data.
• Support the design and implementation of salary structures and incentive plans.
• Maintain compensation-related systems ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Stay updated on trends and legislation in compensation.
• Administer equity via our management system (Carta).
• Assess roles for classification and salary range determination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Strong expertise in Carta and equity-focused policies.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate data into insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A self-starter with a builder mindset.
