Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in sales compensation or revenue operations.
Proven track record managing compensation plans.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and compensation tools.
Excellent analytical skills with large datasets.
Experience improving cross-functional alignment.
