Overview

The 8x8 Customer Success team grows long-term profitable customer relationships by making strategic, operational and measurable contributions to customers' unique business objectives.

In Short

  • Proactively build relationships with customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risk in customer accounts.
  • Expand product adoption within a specified book of business.
  • Maintain monthly recurring revenue for assigned customers.
  • Lead initiatives through structured account planning.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and execute strategies.
  • Leverage multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through engagement.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle for accounts.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting customer retention goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with complex technologies (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Experience engaging with various customer stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in Video, Contact Center, or Web Collaboration is desired.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools.
