Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Compensation Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and drive the optimization of our sales compensation programs.

In Short

  • Design, refine, and implement sales compensation plans for direct sellers and partner/channel/reseller teams.
  • Lead the migration of tools for quota and territory planning.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing compensation plans.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and compensation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with large datasets.
  • Experience improving cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep understanding of sales incentives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
