Overview

The Global Compensation team at PlayStation is responsible for all compensation offerings at the company. The team focuses on proactive benchmarking with peer companies, the initiation and delivery of compensation programs, and close partnering with all parts of the organization.

In Short

  • Lead the annual market & benchmarking assessment.
  • Lead the global pay equity analysis.
  • Manage compensation projects ensuring on-time and budget delivery.
  • Act as an internal consultant providing guidance and insights.
  • Monitor and optimize current compensation programs.
  • Identify internal compensation gaps using data analysis.
  • Participate in the annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with other COEs.
  • Support development of compensation program methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
  • 8+ years related work experience in global compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with global HR Systems, preferred Workday & People Fluent.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
