Program Manager, Compensation - Remote

Overview

The Compensation Program Manager maintains and runs the operations of compensation programs across Oscar, including broad based compensation planning, sales compensation, annual bonus plans, etc. They act as the project manager for the Compensation Team, along with Compensation Leadership, to ensure all programming is designed in line with market best practices, rolled out in an effective and transparent way, and administered in a well defined/documented manner in line with larger Total Rewards and People Team Strategies.

In Short

• Maintain and run the operations of compensation programs across Oscar.
• Communicate and educate employees about the compensation philosophy and programs.
• Act as the point of contact and project manager within the People Team.
• Liaise with Finance teams for budgeting and planning.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of compensation plan performance.
• Support SOX compliance for applicable audits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compensation planning and analysis.
• 4+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Excel.
• 4+ years of expertise in job architecture and market data analysis.
• 2+ years of Workday experience.
