In Short

• Lead projects in research, data science, psychometrics, AI/machine learning, product innovation, client education, and thought leadership.
• Utilize psychometric skills to conduct statistical analyses for pre-hire assessments.
• Create and update technical and client-facing documents.
• Translate statistical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for actionable insights.
• Conduct literature reviews, item writing, and develop reports.
• Manage validation studies from start to finish.
• Research trending topics and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in I/O psychology, organizational behavior, data science, or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in people analytics or related field.
• Strong data analytic and statistics skills, expertise in R.
• Knowledge of validity, reliability, fairness, and employee selection.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Track record of leading analyses and research studies.
• Confidence in communicating novel ideas and problem-solving.
