• Support the People Team and Head of People as a strategic partner.

• Lead high-priority, multi-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain People Team operating procedures and project roadmaps.
• Research and champion AI tools to automate HR tasks.
• Partner with the People Operations team to provide actionable insights.
• Continuously streamline People Team processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with attention to detail.
• Experience leading organizational change.
• Interest in leveraging AI technology for business solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
