Program Manager, People Strategy & Enablement - Remote

Overview

Confluent is looking for a functional Project Manager to act as a force-multiplier focused on increasing execution efficiency. You’ll serve as a centralized resource and partner closely with all of our People functions and other cross-functional stakeholders.

In Short

• Support planning processes by leading conversations with key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and scale the People organization.
• Lead and manage cross-team, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proactively evaluate and resolve obstacles.
• Engage and energize project teams.
• Leverage general knowledge to conduct simple analyses.
• Solicit and evaluate feedback for necessary actions.
• Create and deliver clear documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Proficient project management skills.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• Experience in analyzing business needs and aligning them to project execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Deductive problem solving for complex problems.
• Ability to document and articulate goals and requirements.
