Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Sales Enablement to design, own, and optimize scalable enablement programs that elevate sales effectiveness and support ongoing field readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years in sales enablement or program management.
• Proven track record in improving sales productivity.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Visual design ability for engaging materials.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and editing skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools and enablement platforms.
• Self-motivated and organized in dynamic environments.
