Overview

As a Sales Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance, you will provide learning, content, and resources to maximize the growth and success of our sales organization.

  • Support the development and delivery of sales enablement programs.
  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to uncover business needs.
  • Build and manage scalable enablement programs and strategies.

  • Engage and inspire others as a sales enablement facilitator.
  • Drive employee success and organizational excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or program management.
  • Experience in a Sales or Business Development role preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, preferably Highspot.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, specifically the MEDDPICC framework.
  • High degree of business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
  • Collaborative with strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with modern eLearning tools and web-based meeting tools.
  • Growth mindset focused on driving success.
  • Ability to establish clear program design and actionable steps.
